Return and Replacement policy

Returns 

Please inspect your packages immediately upon delivery and notify us for any damage within 24 hr. If shipped item is incorrect, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. It shouldn't be dirty.

Returns accepted for items ordered should be initiated with 24 hr from product delivery.

Replacement (if applicable)

The replacement will be done only if there are manufacturing defects and not for size issue or color change. For replacement kindly inform us within 24 hr of delivery. After returning the damaged goods we will replace the item within 10 to 15 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alphastore.in@gmail.com and send your item to: Alphastore, Surat, 395005 Surat GJ, India. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Alphastore, Surat, 395005 Surat GJ, India 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over 2000₹, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
